Open a new canvas 400x400 pixels.
Get your render or background and crop or resize it to fit your canvas.
Choose your rectangular shape tool with the foregroundcolor set to white.
Draw a square starting and finishing just inside the edge of the canvas.
click subtract from shape and remove the inner part of the square you just drew.
Duplicate this layer.

Main Menu>Edit>Transform>Scale
Rescale the duplicate layer to fit inside the other square with a small gap between them.
Now apply the transformation.
Apply the following styles to the squares.





Copy your tube and paste onto the canvas.
Please note if you wish to use the same images as me please ensure you obtain the proper licence.
Apply the same styles as before except change the general blend mode to Hard light and the opacity to 46%.
Add text and apply the same layer style as the squares.
Now add the copyright information and you're done.
