Open up the tube in PSP(supplied courtesy of Hubert DeLartigue)
Also open the presets into your PSP Presets folder

Now open a new canvas size - 400x550
Fill the base layer with White
Select your Shape tool set to Rectangle stroke width 6 colour black
background transparent
Now draw a box roughly just smaller than the canvas
Make it stay a few pixels (or 5) away from the top and left edge
Objects>Align>Center in Canvas
Convert this to a Raster Layer

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Select the base layer and Flood Fill White

Right click on the top of your canvas and choose Copy Merged
Paste this as a new layer
Image>Mirror
Image>Flip
Image>Resize 50%
Now move this so it sits just inside the top left corner of the canvas (make sure you dont cover the surrounding box)

Right click once again and choose Copy
Paste this as a new layer
Mirror and Flip
Resize 50%
Move this to the bottom right of the last pasted layers rectangle

Repeat this moving each one to the free space in the corner of the last pasted layer
It should not take more than two repeats before the image begins to disappear

Grab your Text Tool
I used Bobcaygeon Plain BRK 36 and stretched to fit in the gap
Place your name in top right
Right click and duplicate
Move the duplication down
Then merge down
This way you begin to cover the area under the tube with your name
Repeat this add nauseum till you have stretched down the page
or use Mura's copies (but setting can be difficult to get it nicely spaced and filling the canvas)
The settings I used were

Choose line from the drop down


Number : 16
Shift X : 0
Shift Y : 95
Angle : 0
Rotation : 0
Attenuation : 0
Scale : 100
Thru BG Range : 0
Fade Out : 0
1/n Fade Out : not ticked
Shift Mode : Line
Tile Mode : Wrap around
Blend Mode : Behind

Now Effects>3D Effects>Cutout
Settings

Vertical : 1
Horizontal : 1
Opacity : 100
Blur : 3.00
Shadow : Black
Interior : #c0c0c0
or use the preset included in the supplies

Drag this layer below the tube

Using the same font type out the quote
(or one of your own)

Without reflection
we go blindly on our way
creating more
unintended consequences

*Hint* Add each line individually so you can get them nicely spaced and following the curve of the tube

Add drop shadow using preset or the following settings

Vertical : 1
Horizontal : 2
Opacity : 100
Blur : 4
Colour : Black

Add the name under the first inverted picture
Add the same drop shadow as before

Now save as export as JPeg
