What you will need for this tutorial
PSP
A selection of gradients, blended backgrounds or renders.
All the artwork used in this tutorial is by me. You can purchase a license to use my renders HERE
Open up the tubes in PSP
Open up the blend backgrounds
Select the one of your tubes tube
Right click and choose Copy
Right Click on the workspace and choose Paste as New Image
Clear away the original
Image>Canvas Size
Resize the canvas to Width - 350 Height - 650
Even on all sides

Grab your selection tool
Settings Point to Point, Feather 24
Click around your image roughly around the edge of the image
Once you complete the selection it will grow to the feather amount

Main Menu>Selections>Invert
Hit the Delete key once
Main Menu>Selections>Select None
Select the Blue background
Right click>Copy
Click on the tube mix canvas
Main Menu>Selections>Select All
Layers>New Raster Layer
Right click at the top and choose Paste into Selection
Drag the tube onto the top
Change the Blend Mode to something that shows off the tube well
Right Click on the Layers Palette and choose Merge Visible
Repeat the above steps using the other tube and other background
Open a new canvas 600x400
Choose your Shape Tool
Draw a rectangle Stroke - Black, Fill - transparent, Width - 5
Main Menu>Objects>Align>Vert. center in canvas
Right click on the Palette Window and choose Convert to Raster Layer
Select your Magic Wand selection tool
Alter the Feather to 0
Layers>New Raster Layer
Click inside the rectangle
Main Menu>Modify>Expand. 3 pixels
Copy the first canvas and paste into selection
Drag this layer below the rectanlge
Right click on the layers palette and choose merge visible
Right click on this new layer in the palette and choose Duplicate
Grab your Move tool

Move the top layer over to the right hand side of the canvas
Tip...Use the Main Menu>View>Grid option to keep them aligned
Grab your rectangle tool again
Using the same settings draw a larger rectangle over the other two

Main Menu>Layers>Convert to Raster Layer
Grab your magic wand tool again
Once again select inside the box
Main Menu>Selections>Modify>Expand by 3 pixels
Layers>New Raster Layer
Right click the other tube mix canvas and choose Copy
Right click the Main Canvas and choose Paste into Selection
Bring the newly pasted layer down below the outline box
Select the box layer. Right click on it in the palette window and choose merge down
Move this merged layer beneath the two red ones
Grab your rectangle tool once more and draw a large box just covering the three layers
Once again Stroke - Black, Fill - Transparent, Width - 5
If needs be make your canvas a bit bigger if your having difficulty fitting it all in
Convert the rectangle to a Raster Layer
Drag it below the other layers
Grab your magic wand and select inside the rectangle
Layers>New Raster Layer
Selections>Modify>Expand by 3 pixels
Fill with a colour of your liking
Pull this layer below the rectangle
Click on the rectangle layer in the layers palette and choose merge down
Selections>Select None
Layers>New Raster Layer
Fill this layer with white
Grab your selection tool

Change the selection type to rectangle

Layers>New Raster Layer
Draw a small rectangle selection at the bottom of the canvas
Open up your colour selection and set to grey with the texture box ticked and the tecture of tin foil selected

Fill the selection
Set the Opacity to 65
Main Menu>3d Effects>Buttonise with the following settings
Height - Max, Width - Max, Opacity 43, Transparent
Note you may need to alter the sizes to work with your size of box
Select your Text tool
Add your name on top of the newly drawn rectangle
I used Alpha Flight Solid - 48 but you may need to change this dependant on the size of the name
Layers>Convert to Raster Layer
Select your magic wand
Click on your grey layer outside of the rectangle
Main Menu>Selections>Invert
Selections>Modify>Expand by 3 pixels
Effects>3D Effects>Buttonize
Settings - Height - Max, Width - Max, Opacity 43, Transparent
Next add copyright info
All that is left is to save as a pspimage and export to Jpeg
